Bobs Property Maintenance specializes in sod installation. From removing the existing sod, to preparing soil and laying new sod. We provide a watering schedule to each client after the job is done, to ensure the clients new lawn is strong and healthy.

A French drain would be a great option to divert water from the yard or away from your house. French Drains catch surface water and divert the water away. The water can be directed towards the street or could be ran into a Drywell.
